A: Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be available soon.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging. Sale items and customised pieces are non-returnable.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

A: Most of our pieces are made with high-quality materials. If you have specific allergies, please contact us before purchasing.

Q: How do I care for my Swarnasage jewellery?
A: Keep jewellery away from water, perfume, and direct sunlight. Store in the provided pouch or box. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use.

Q: Will the jewellery tarnish?
A: With proper care, our jewellery maintains its shine for a long time. Avoid contact with chemicals, sweat, and moisture.
