At Swarnasage, we take great pride in the quality of our jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- Items purchased during sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return
- Customised or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable
How to Initiate a Return

- Share your order number and reason for return along with photos of the product
- Our team will review and confirm the return within 1–2 business days
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping cost is borne by the customer)
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
