At Swarnasage, we take great pride in the quality of our jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • Items purchased during sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return
  • Customised or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at swarnasage@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 7747979907 within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share your order number and reason for return along with photos of the product
  3. Our team will review and confirm the return within 1–2 business days
  4. Ship the item back to us (return shipping cost is borne by the customer)

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
