At Swarnasage, we take pride in the quality of our jewellery. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns :

 We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In the same condition as received
• With original packaging and tags intact

Exchange Only :

 We offer exchanges only — no cash refunds will be issued. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items :

• Items showing signs of wear or damage
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Customised or made-to-order pieces

How to Initiate a Return :

 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at swarnasage@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Shipping :

 Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
